On a night where Sidney Crosby left the game with an injury scare, only to comeback with a fire under his ass, the Penguins once again came from behind to post their fifth straight victory.
Much like his team, Sidney Crosby has been on top of the world since coming back in October. Like he did on Thursday night, Sidney Crosby got the scoring off early, as he scored an unreal goal infront of Lightning netminder Andre Vasilevskiy. The Pens would then give up the next three goals to Tampa. Two of those belonging to Penguin-killer Jonathan Drouin.
As mentioned above, Sidney Crosby left the game towards the end of the first period after getting checked head first into the boards by some curtain-jerker. Luckily, he returned, so no concussion scare, phew! As the second period drew to an end, the Pens got one off the power-play thanks to Evgeni Malkin.
Finally, after trailing 3-2 after two, Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin both scored, leading to victory.
