After getting blown out for the third time on in a back-to-back situation, the Penguins (7-5-1) continue their Western Canada swing by visiting Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers (3-6-1) for the second time in just eight days. The last time these two met, Phil Kessel scored the winning goal on a breakaway in OT. Look for a 1000+ references of Crosby and McDavid throughout the game tonight.
Expect Cam Talbot vs Matt Murray in net.
Did you know that Connor McDavid is the best thing next to come along since sliced bread?
Pens have recalled Tristan Jarry from Wilkes-Barre, and sent Casey DeSmith back down.
As of right now, the Pens sit in the first Wild Card spot, but its only November 1st 2017.
Crosby > McDavid
Leo Draisaitl is overrated, and overpaid.
Heres to betting he scores on the Pens now IMO.
Not that +/- is a relevant stat but Kris Letang is a league worst -14. Yikes.
Apparently Hunwick and Schultz are close to returning. Stay tuned for that.
Speaking of lineup changes, the Penguins are scratching forward Carl Hagelin in favor of Josh Archibald. So yeah, there's that.
The Oilers are 2-6-1 in their last nine games, yikes.
Thinking ahead to tomorrow, Jagr won't be in the lineup for the Calgary Flames :(.
