After getting embarrassed in Boston on Thursday night, the Penguins host the New York Islanders. Last time these two teams faced off, the Penguins thoroughly handled the Islanders on January 5th by defeating them 4-0. Since that game, the Penguins have had one of the best records in the NHL. As for tonights game, its Penguins Charity Night, but enough of that. Theres far more important news!
After getting beat by the Devils on Tuesday night, Devil fans tried their best to come at us, and well they didn't really do a good job. Instead majority of their fans acted like giant piss babies, and one in particular didn't agree with the call. As this person decided to take Twitter a little too seriously by reporting us. So this happened:
We ended up getting suspended from Twitter for 12 hours. Needless to say our reaction was something like this:
Now are we going to delete the tweet that got us banned? No. Why should we conform to a snowflake like him? We shouldn't. We did end up getting back online on Twitter, but our friend couldn't wait to come back at us. So we told him off, and once again he cried to the Twitter Police, and got us suspended.
Luckily we should be allowed to Tweet again by puck drop.
On this day two years ago, the Penguins officially broke New York Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist.
Look for either Tristan Jarry or Casey DeSmith to start in net for the Pens.
The Islanders have lost five in a row, including a 6-3 loss to the Canadiens last night. Yikes.
The Devils are trash by the way.
The Islanders are coming off a 6-3 loss to the lousy Montreal Canadians last night.
Evgeni Malkin sits four points back of Nikita Kucherov for first place in scoring.
Do it. Lets Go Pens.
