On a night where it looked like the Penguins were going to lose after winning the previous game, rinse and repeat #WinOneLoseTheNext #ChangeGoalies, Phil Kessel and Co. wouldn't let that happen.
Going into the third period last night, the Pens were trailing 3-1, and TBH it looked doom and gloom. However, playoff hero Nick Bonino began their third period charge. Bonino fired a shot from 40ft away, cutting the deficit to one. Roughly four and a half minutes later, Justin Schultz tied the game on a one time feed from defense partner Ian Cole. Finally, to the man that starting the scoring for the Pens back in period two, Phil Kessel scored the game winning goal off of a sick feed by Carl Hagelin, which gave the Pens their first lead of the night, with under ten minutes left. Despite a push late by the Wings, the Penguins ultimately came away victorious.
