As many of you may know, due to the massive overlap between hockey fans and wrestling fans, WrestleMania 34 is this weekend. Or is it just WrestleMania? Not sure if Vince McMahon will allow us to say what number the event is to prevent it from sounding aged. Nonetheless, the Granddaddy of Them All is this weekend. Wait...shit. We can't call it that either.
A pretty big wrestling event is going down on Sunday.
There's one on Sunday, too.
In lieu of a preview, we wanted to get you guys and gals involved with the help of Pro Wrestling Scorecards (@PWScorecards). Every year, they produce scorecards for the NXT Takeover and WrestleMania events, letting you make predictions and battle it out with friends to see who can get the highest score.
Well, that's the premise of it. The guys here on the blog always fill them out and never check our scorecards to see who won between us. Nonetheless, here are the scorecards as an image and PDF links (NXT Takeover, WrestleMania) to download them as well. Feel free to print them out and tweet them to us. Maybe the winner can write a playoff post or something.
Pens play tonight and can clinch home ice in the first round with a point. Sid can be the third Penguin with 90 points this season if he gets three points against the Senators. Since he's at 87, I'm sure he'll purposefully not create any scoring chances. On the grand scheme of things, tonight doesn't matter, nor does any hockey this weekend. Grab your sack and enjoy the greatest weekend of wrestling of the year. Oh, and enjoy the Masters too.
Go Pens. Get your walking shoes on.
