After a thrilling 3-2 OT victory in the desert last night, the Penguins (26-15-6) travel to Vegas to take on Marc-Andre Fleury and the Golden Knights (28-17-4). With this being the last game of their five game road trip and the final game before their bye week, it would be huge for them to finish this trip off strong. So far, they've gone a pedestrian 2-2-0, which is good BUT when you aren't gaining much ground in the Metrosexual Division and distancing yourself from 9th place in the East, it can be less than ideal.
Aside from tonights game, theres also a snowstorm thats suppose to hit the greater Pittsburgh area, and well if you thought you were getting snow, then I'm afraid I've got some.......bad news.....
Pittsburgh meteorologists are the Andrew Fillipponi of weather predictors. Both are always wrong in what they say.
Expect Casey DeSmith vs Marc-Andre Fleury tonight because Sullivan doesn't want to rattle Murray's confidence.
Anybody > Tim Peel. What a shit show last night's game was.
I miss Marc-Andre Fleury.
Jake Guentzel leads the Pens with 24 goals.
Phil Kessel is riding an 11 game point streak following his OT game winner yesterdy.
Snow > Rain
Sidney Crosby has yet to score a goal against Fleury.
While next week is the Pens bye week, the All-star Game is next weekend, so look for Sidney Crosby and Kris Letang to be there.
Patric Hornqvist may return tonight, who knows.
I hope Ryan Reaves fights the entire Penguins roster.
Vegas has won 9 of their last 11 games, which makes you think 9/11 was an inside job.
Look for Casey DeSmith to start even though it should be Murray vs Fleury since you know the Pens are entering a bye week and starting goalies can play more than one game in a row.
Never go full @bphilly26. Go Pens!
